Account Security

Account Closure
You may contact our support team at any time to request closure of your account. bjvip also reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in cases of Terms violations.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Terms
The following methods may be used to deposit funds at bjvip:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking service
- Nagad — the postal department's digital financial service
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service
- Upay — a fast and secure mobile payment platform
The name on the payment method will be verified against the name registered on your account. Using a third party's mobile number or account to make deposits is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. For a withdrawal to be successful, the account identity must be fully verified.
Withdrawal requests may only be made through the same method used for the deposit. bjvip reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus
bjvip offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. The maximum amount of this bonus is ৳10,000.
Wagering Requirement
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit.
General Bonus Terms
- The bonus applies only at the time of the first deposit. This bonus does not apply to subsequent deposits.
- bjvip reserves the right to change bonus terms or withdraw a bonus at any time.
- If an attempt is made to claim the bonus using multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
- If bonus abuse is proven, bjvip reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
- The bonus may only be used on the services specified by bjvip.
6 VIP Program & Cashback
bjvip's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
You can advance to higher tiers step by step through active participation. bjvip determines the details of VIP benefits at its own discretion and reserves the right to make changes.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjvip platform:
- Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
- Using false or fake information when creating an account or conducting financial transactions.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security measures or participating in hacking activities.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or similar technology.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's account.
- Abusing bonus benefits or participating in bonus arbitrage.
- Participating in any form of fraudulent activity.
- Operating an account in the name of a minor or helping a minor access this site.
If any of the above rules are violated, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.
